About  Your Trainer

James Leong, MBA (Merit), Chartered Management Consultant, is a NLP Master Trainer personally trained by the Co-Developers of the Latest Third Generation NLP Mr. Robert Dilts and Ms. Judith DeLozier.  This is title reserved for only a handful of trainers worldwide.  In addition, James Leong is also trained by the Eminent Psychiatrist and Nobel Peace Prize Nominee Dr. Claudio Naranjo in the Enneagram Personality Profiling System that describes the nine personality types (The Enneagram system is validated by the Stanford Medical School and taught in Stanford Business School). 

James’ unique strength is his ability to make NLP, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Psychology of the Enneagram relevant to executives in the areas of Recruitment, Career Guidance, Leadership, Sales, Team Development, Conflict Management, Change Management, Success Factors Modeling, Mentoring and Executive Coaching.

Besides being a Chartered Management Consultant accredited by the prestigious Chartered Institute of Management Consultants, James earned his Master degree in Business Management (with Merit) from the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University.  In addition, he is a Qualified Administrator of the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and Practitioner of the Language And Behavior (LAB) Profiling System.

James is the First in the World to complete a MBA Dissertation on NLP and the Enneagram Personality Profiling System.  In his dissertation are the results (from objective Controlled Experiments) and statistics to scientifically validate the efficacy of Third Generation NLP in alleviating in alleviating stress of the Enneagram Types.
